DELIVERY AND TRACKING

How long does delivery take?
For pre assemble orders, lf you order today we will send you apreview in 2-4 business days once you approve it will take 2-4 days business daysto process your order and ship it.As of the shipping time the customers can pick the shipping optionwhen they complete the order usually 3-5 business days in the Us.Assembled Memobricks will add 7-15 business days for the shippingtimes.

How can l track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you'l receive a shipping confirmation email that contains yourtracking information. lf for any reason your tracking number doesn't work, please reply to theemail and someone will assist you.
Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.
For the first time, it may take a few minutes to get the information from the carrier. Therefore.
sometimes you can not find information about your package, please track again later.

Missingitems?

First, we are so sorry! Some things are not in our control! We are more than happy to send youreplacements if this is your case! please note timeline for the missing item is two weeks from thedate you received your package.

Do you deliver orders to my country?

We deliver to the majority of countries around the world. lf there are any issues, we will contactyou directly.

Can l change my order?

Yes, if your order hasn't been sent yet, please contact us and we'l be happy to change your order.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Do you use LEGo bricks?

Our bricks may not be branded as LEGO, but they are fully compatible with LEGO bricks.Additionally, our wide range of colors in our color palette offers many options that are notavailable in official LEGO colors.

Can lreturn or exchange my order?

We understand that sometimes our customers may not be completely satisfied with theirpurchase. In order to provide the best customer service, we offer an exchange-only policy for allitems purchased from our store.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving, the item and let them know thatyou wish to exchange it.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
4. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process the exchangewithin 5 business days.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. lf the item you wish to exchange is nolonger available, we will offer you a credit towards a future purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item has been damaged, worn or altered in anyway. Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the cost of shipping theitem back to us for the exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'l receive a gifcredit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will bemailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped tothemselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out aboutyour return.
